What is 14K gold-filled
14K gold-filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of 14K gold to a base metal like brass. The gold layer makes it more durable and tarnish-resistant than gold-plated jewelry. It looks like solid gold--without the price tag ;) and with proper care, can last for many generations.
What's included with my locket?
Each locket comes with a chain of your choice, outside or inside engraving, waterproof/tear proof paper, photo inserts and luxury packaging.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on engraved items. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days, and we'll make it right!
How do I care for my necklace?
Gently clean your jewelry with the provided cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and store it in a dry place.
